Machine integrations
The FDI module allows to integrate NET@PRO with the shop floor machine and devices ( weigh station, printers, PLC, etc.) not only to collect data but to send signals and data to the devices in order to automate manual activities (machine set up configuration, printer/weigh station automatic configuration).
Data collection and proactivity
With NET@PRO data is collected completely and correctly without the need to fill-in work order’s documents at the end of the shift/day. Production progress statements are input by PC, tablet and smartphone making data analysis available in real time, always and everywhere.
Planning and scheduling
The Planner module is used to plan production through simulations in real time and allows to find a balance between load and capacity on the one hand and synchronization in the arrival of components on the other
Maintenance management
This module allows planned, preventive and on occurrence maintenance activities management. The integration with other NET@PRO modules maximize overall system benefits in term of OEE and planning capabilities.

It is a production management system that enables the optimization of production activities. NET@PRO is a web app, DB/OS independent and multidevice. It is easy to integrate with the most important ERP systems.
